Figma Weave Node-based AI Design Canvas
Stop bouncing between one prompt and one app: Figma Weave wires multiple AI models and professional editing tools into a single node graph, so you can send one instruction to several models at once, branch the flow and finish with layers and blend modes. Formerly the standalone Weavy, now Figma's AI-native creation canvas built for reusable design workflows
Tool Interface
Interactive tool will be available soon
Features
- ✓ Node-based canvas: wire AI models and editing tools into reusable, branchable workflows
- ✓ Feed one instruction to several models in parallel, compare, then continue with the best
- ✓ Aggregates models from Google, Kling, OpenAI, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, Runway, Luma, Recraft and more

How to Use
- Sign in to Figma Weave (formerly Weavy) and create a canvas project
- Start from an asset node and connect the AI model nodes you need, then enter your prompt

FAQ
What is Figma Weave?
Figma Weave is a node-based AI design canvas, formerly the standalone product Weavy, renamed after Figma acquired it. It lets users link multiple AI models and professional editing tools together and use them simultaneously on one canvas, giving far more control over AI-generated content than repeatedly rewording a prompt.
How is it different from a plain AI image tool?
The difference is workflow, not a single generation. A plain tool gives one result per prompt; Weave chains generation, editing, upscaling and relighting as nodes, and lets you branch the flow or send one instruction to several models at once to compare, then save the flow as a reusable Tool. Figma calls the philosophy Artistic Intelligence — AI embedded in the workflow rather than press-button-get-image.
Which models and tools does it support?
On the model side it aggregates Google, Kling, OpenAI, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, Runway, Luma, LTX, Wan, Grok, Recraft and Bria, among others. On the tool side it includes crop, outpainting, inpainting, upscale, z-depth extraction, image describer, channels, relight, mask extractor and invert. Available models change as the platform updates.
Who is it best for?
Creative professionals who need to fold AI output into a real workflow: designers on brand and visual work, VFX and animation artists processing scenes and assets, architects staging schemes, and marketing teams producing campaign assets. Its value shows most when you iterate heavily, compare multiple directions and need consistent output quality.
Is it free?
Figma Weave is currently available on eligible plans and requires a subscription. Whether it is included in your existing Figma plan, and how tiers differ, depends on the latest details on Figma's site and the Figma Weave help centre.
What happens to existing Weavy accounts and data?
Per the official help centre, Weavy's product, team and community joined Figma to build Figma Weave. Personal data and content used for AI features are not shared across platforms; the teams are bringing the two platforms closer over time and have committed to staying transparent about data use.
