OpenAI and Oracle expanded their partnership on 27 October 2026: Oracle applications and data come into ChatGPT while OpenAI models and products power new Oracle services — Oracle AI Workspace (in development), AI Security Mesh for vulnerability work with OpenAI cyber models, an AI SMB Bundle, and App Composer for building apps with Codex; US customers can also buy OpenAI API, Codex and ChatGPT Work through Oracle Marketplace using Universal Credits

  2. US customers can purchase OpenAI API, Codex and ChatGPT Work through Oracle Marketplace using existing procurement and eligible Universal Credits
  3. Wait for Oracle AI Workspace to open up (currently in development, no published date) and connect finance, procurement and planning apps under org permissions
  4. For internal apps, use App Composer to connect them to approved Oracle data with IT controlling access and spend

Is Oracle AI Workspace available today?
