FAQ

What is AI Password Generator?

An online AI Password Generator. It AI-powered high-strength password generator with custom rules, strength analysis, and batch generation. Input: the data or requirements you need processed. Output: AI-generated results with one-click copy and download. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads.

Are the generated passwords secure?

Uses cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG). Generated passwords have true randomness and cannot be predicted. All operations are local - passwords are never uploaded.

What is password entropy?

Password entropy measures password strength in bits. Higher entropy means harder to brute-force crack. At least 60 bits of entropy is recommended.

What's the difference between passphrase and random password?

Passphrases consist of multiple random words (e.g., correct-horse-battery-staple), easier to remember yet very strong. Random passwords are completely random character combinations.

Can I exclude easily confused characters?

Yes. Supports excluding ambiguous characters like 0/O, 1/l/I to avoid manual input errors.

How often should I change passwords?

We recommend changing important account passwords every 3-6 months. Use a password manager to safely store all passwords and avoid reuse.
