What is AI PDF Chat?
An online PDF conversation tool. Upload a PDF and start chatting with its content — Q&A, summaries, translation and cited source locations in seconds. Input: PDF files and your questions. Output: precise answers with source citations and document summaries.
How large a PDF is supported?
The free tier supports single files up to 50MB / 300 pages; the paid tier supports 500MB and longer documents with batch upload.
Can it read scanned documents?
Yes. A built-in OCR engine recognizes scanned and image-based PDFs in 20+ languages including Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean.
Are the answers accurate?
Answers are retrieved from the document content with page-number citations for one-click verification. When the document does not contain the information, the tool says so instead of making things up.
Is my document safe?
Yes. Parsing and Q&A happen locally in your browser — content is never uploaded, and everything is cleared when you close the page.
Which formats are supported?
Besides PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown are supported and can be mixed for joint Q&A.
