What are the free plan limits?

The free Basic plan allows roughly 2,000 words per week on Mac and Windows and about 1,000 per week on iPhone; Android is currently unlimited as a limited-time promotion. It includes custom vocabulary, snippets, 100+ languages and Privacy Mode.

How much does Wispr Flow cost?

Pro is $15 per month, or about $12 per month billed annually ($144/year). Every new user gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required.

Does it work offline?

No. All speech processing happens in the cloud, so an internet connection is required. For offline and privacy-first use, look at local-model options such as Superwhisper.

Does it support Chinese, and how accurate is it?

Yes, it covers 100+ languages including Chinese and can handle mixed Chinese-English speech. Brand names and jargon can be transcribed inconsistently unless you add them to the custom vocabulary first.

Is my voice data safe?

The company offers a Privacy Mode and states HIPAA-ready data handling. Audio is still processed in the cloud, so check your organization's compliance rules before dictating confidential material.
