When is Check for Me available?

Yelp says it rolls out over the coming months on eligible restaurant business pages and in Yelp Assistant in the US on iOS.

Do consumers pay for it?

Yelp does not list a consumer price for Check for Me. The paid product is Smart Lead Reply for businesses at $30 per month.

How many restaurants can I book now?

Yelp says that combined with Yelp Reservations, DoorDash, Grubhub and the new OpenTable integration, Yelp Assistant covers more than 500,000 restaurants as a one-stop booking and ordering destination.

Does the assistant remember earlier conversations?

Yes. Yelp says responses draw on reviews, reference past conversations and factor in real-time weather, with the last 30 days of chat history visible in the app and full history coming soon.

Do businesses need a separate system?

No separate stack is required: Yelp says pros can schedule through ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro and manage leads through Jobber and Workiz, while multi-location businesses get an aggregated leads centre for every location in one inbox.
