Is scanning a WiFi QR code safe?

Yes. The QR code is generated locally in your browser. WiFi credentials are never uploaded to any server and are not stored or logged. Only share the QR code in trusted environments.

Which encryption types are supported?

WPA, WPA2, WPA3, WEP and open (no encryption) networks are all supported. Phones automatically choose the matching connection method based on the QR content.

Can any phone scan and connect?

Yes. The built-in iPhone camera, Android camera and mainstream QR scanner apps all support WiFi QR codes. Scan, tap the prompt, and you are connected — no extra apps needed.

Can I generate multiple WiFi QR codes in batch?

Can I generate a QR code if I forgot the password?
