What is Time Card Calculator?
An online work time calculation tool. It automatically computes work hours and pay from clock-in/clock-out times, with break deductions, overtime and weekly/monthly totals. Input: your clock times and pay parameters. Output: daily hours, overtime and earned pay details with one-click copy. Everything runs in your browser.
How are breaks deducted?
Enter your daily break duration in settings (e.g. 30 minutes or 1 hour) and it is automatically deducted from total hours. Fixed break windows such as 12:00-13:00 are also supported.
How is overtime calculated?
Hours beyond standard time (8 hours by default) are paid at the overtime multiplier: usually 1.5x on weekdays, 2x on weekends and 3x on statutory holidays — all multipliers are customizable.
Does it support overnight shifts?
Yes. For example a night shift clocking in at 22:00 and out at 06:00 the next day is automatically detected and calculated correctly.
Can I get weekly or monthly totals?
Yes. Add multiple days and the tool automatically totals weekly/monthly hours, overtime and pay for easy paycheck verification.
Can results be used directly for payroll checks?
Great for daily reference. Actual pay is also affected by social insurance, taxes, allowances and leave, so always refer to your official payslip.
